Août 2020, sur un vol réservé d'Istanbul à Paris.Pire expérience de notre vie avec une compagnie aérienne.- la compagnie nous a refusé ma compagne (argentine) et moi même (français) devant la porte d'embarquement à la dernière minute, sans justification, car ils ne connaissaient pas les règles en vigueur pour l'entrée des argentins en France- je précise qu'avant d'acheter notre billet, nous avions explicitement posé la question sur leur call-center concernant les conditions de voyage dans notre cas.- après nous avoir refusé l'embarquement, nous avons demandé à voir un responsable pour faire valoir nos droits, les membres du personnel à la porte d'embarquement nous ont fait tourner en bourrique pendant 1 heure pour nous dire ensuite de quitter la zone internationale- nous avons du passer le contrôle frontalier Turc dans l'autre sens car nous étions déjà sortis de Turquie, les employés nous ont fait attendre sans nous expliquer le processsus et sans nous guider pour rencontrer un responsable à qui déclarer l'erreur de Pégasus- la compagnie a aussi perdu notre bagage en soute qu'ils n'ont pas sorti de l'avion avant son décollage après nous avoir refusé l'embarquement- les employés de pegasus du bureau des bagages perdus nous ont délibérément menti en nous disant d'aller plaider notre cas au bureau de vente Pegasus, sans nous laisser un rapport de perte et que nous trouverions notre bagage si nous arrivions à Orly sur un vol suivant- quand nous avons enfin pu trouver un superviseur, au bureau d'enregistrement de la compagnie dans l'aéroport, celui ci ne nous a pas aidé, ils ont prétendu avoir contacté la police aux frontière française d'Orly par email, celle ci jointe au téléphone nous a assuré n'avoir rien reçu de la part de Pegasus.
