I can only imagine the social guilds and the guilds which call themselves "semi-hardcore", i.e. If Onyxia's head is already up in Orgrimmar, can you still turn in the head and get the buff for everyone or no? If a guild member recieves one of these blessings the time is logged and synced with the guild. It would require the top guilds to have separate accounts for the opposite faction or possibly involve themselves in cross faction collusion. The DM Tribute run is a way to improve the gear dropped from Dire Maul north as well as getting some powerful world buffs.
